For those of you who have been eagerly waiting to find out what happened at the shitty gas station at the edge of town after that whole invasion of the body snatchers thing, I've got some good news, and some bad news.
The bad news is what most of you probably already know. Printing presses all over the world are taking some much needed time off, and I for one don't want to contribute to any employees putting themselves or their families at unnecessary risk to crank out a bunch of paperbacks and hardbacks.
Furthermore, even with the bookmakers making books, shipping avenues (especially international ones) are close to capacity. All this to say, the book's big release has been delayed pretty much indefinitely.
I'd originally hoped to have the third volume in circulation by now. I know a lot of you were hoping for another chance to get signed copies. I still fully intend to do that. Sadly, I cannot say exactly when the world will return to normal. But I can say that as soon as things are looking better, we'll get the show back on track.
Now for the good news: The audiobook is currently in production. Mr. Creepypasta has survived that random wraith attack and graciously agreed to return as the voice of Jack in the Audible version of Volume Three. (Again, not sure on the release date. Audiobooks require a bit more time and effort than MCP's regular recording.)
Now for even more good news.
After careful consideration, I've decided to do an early release of the ebook for Tales from the Gas Station: Volume Three.
It will be available on all other major e-book platforms within the next few days.
In consideration for those of you who prefer physical copies, I will refrain from discussing spoilers, except for this: The third book is--by far--the craziest thing I've ever written or even read.
I love you all.
Tales from the gas station are my favorite. ive listened to Mr Creepy Pasta's Youtube compilation 3 times already before buying both volumes on Audible. cant wait for Volume 3 to come out. is there any possibility of getting the "Finding Vanessa" series on Audible? i guess that would really be up to MCP in the long run but it would be awesome. I would buy the books but i dont think my internal voice could bring your words alive as well as he can. Thank you so much for the great hours of entertainment, cant wait for more
Hey Jack, any idea when Mr. Creepy Pasta will bless us with the audible version of #3? :)
So I guess I didn't read far enough down b4 commenting a while back when I first saw that the e-book had been released. I do apologize for jumping the gun, and making myself look like a darn fool. I am so excited for the audible version since I absolutely love the story as well as how Mr. Creepypasta reads it! He just makes it come alive in my mind. I'm talking to my fiance one day after listening to one of the books were portions of the books because I had first found them on YouTube and I was like man I was watching this movie the other day was really good I think you'd like it it's really…
hope blue boy gets the taping done soon. frothing at the mouth for the new volume
Any word on the audiobook?
