just wanna publicly thank jack for taking time to help me out with an order of signed books i was having problems with. I received a piece of the order but it had appeared that a package thief had took the other part of the order. I let jack know my problem and he immediately got to it trying to help me resolve the issue and ended up sending a replacement package priority shipping! Seriously cant thank you enough, keep it up jack :)
