An update on the V3 audiobook (No, it's not out yet)

Updated: Nov 11, 2020

One year ago today, Mr. Creepypasta and I released "Tales from the Gas Station: Volume Two" on audiobook. Ever since then, people have wanted to know when they can expect the release of Volume Three.

The short answer is this: We still don't really know.

But I wanted to offer an update of sorts. The book has been recorded. It sounds great. It's about 14 and a half hours long, and we cannot wait to share it with you.

Unfortunately, as anyone who has been alive in 2020 can tell you, these are strange times we're living in. Plans bend and break at the whim of the universe. A global pandemic has forced us to abandon our old sense of normal. And things that were once simple enough to take for granted are now requiring patience when patience is running threadbare.

The good news is that Audible--the parent company for our audiobook distribution--has already approved our book for sale back in October. Now it's in the hands of a bunch of grossly overworked (and underappreciated) folks behind-the-scenes doing post-production stuff (that I don't fully understand) to make it available as soon as possible.

I know I've said this plenty of times before, but I honestly believe we're in the final stretch of the waiting process. Nobody wants the book to be available more than MCP and myself. Hopefully, very soon, it will be ready. And when it is, I really hope you like it.

Thanks for all of your patience.

Love y'all.

-Jack
