So I read what I thought were all the endings. But, next thing I know Mr Creepy Pasta's audio version has a weird version where he saves Claire, so I was wondering where this one came from.

I'm not sure; but I liked it! Given Bedside Manor's "choose your own adventure" origin, I'm sure there could have been a dozen endings. I liked the finality of this one though.
